爸爸心脏衰竭的换食疗程

马克·吐温说：“每当你发现自己站在多数人一边时，是时候停下来反思一下了。” 

Mark Twain once said, “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.” 

大概四十岁的时候，我才了解这句话的意思。过去的四十年里我主要吃外食，从来没有真正注意肠道的健康，却希望自己的牙齿可以坏的慢一点，头发不再斑秃，鼻窦炎可以受到控制。直至2017年5月16日那天晚上，我接到妈妈的电话：爸爸嘴唇变紫、不能平躺睡觉、双脚水肿……距离已经安排好的绕道手术还有一段时间，爸爸就已经心脏衰竭了。“妈妈，载爸爸来我们家住吧，我来照顾他。”，我这样对妈妈说。隔天早上，父母就从乡下赶来我家了。

It wasn’t until I was around forty years old that I truly began to understand what he meant. For the past forty years, I had mostly eaten out, never really paying attention to the health of my gut. Yet I still hoped that my teeth would decay more slowly, that my hair wouldn’t keep thinning, and that my sinus infections could be kept under control. Then came the night of May 16, 2017. My mom called and said, “Your father’s lips have turned purple, he can’t sleep lying flat, and both his feet are swollen…” His bypass surgery was still some time away, and yet his heart had already begun to fail.  

“Mom,” I said, “bring Dad to stay with us. I’ll take care of him.”

The next morning, my parents came to our house from the kampung.

2008-2015年间，我开始阅读和灌肠疗法有关的书籍，其中包括新谷 弘实医生，诺曼·沃克博士，伯纳德·詹森博士和马克思·葛森医生的书。心动不如行动，为了改善健康，我决定尝试灌肠。

Between 2008 and 2015, I began reading books related to enema therapy. Among the authors were Dr. Hiromi Shinya, Dr. Norman Walker, Dr. Bernard Jensen, and Dr. Max Gerson. Inspired by what I read, I decided to take action and try enemas for myself in hopes of improving my health. 

当时网购还不是很流行，市面上比较难买到灌肠用品。最后，我找到一间叫“新生命”的直销公司，他们卖灌肠用品、有机咖啡粉、保健品、健康书籍和推广由陈林希珠博士教导的排毒与复建计划。我注册成为独立会员，没有上线服务我，也没有下线需要被我服务，我只为研究灌肠而成为会员。

At the time, online shopping wasn’t very popular yet, and enema supplies were hard to find in stores. Eventually, I discovered a direct selling company called “New Life International.” They sold enema kits, organic coffee grounds, health supplements, wellness books, and promoted a detox and recovery program taught by Dr. Lynn Tan. I registered as an independent member—not to sell or recruit, but solely to study enema therapy. I had no upline to guide me and no downline to manage. My only purpose was research. 

2017年1月15日，我第一次进行咖啡灌肠。咖啡液的量为500毫升，灌肠后感觉身体变干净了，很舒服。隔天我进行第二次的咖啡灌肠，这次的咖啡液用量为1000毫升，灌肠后我感到恶心，灌肠后头好像变轻了，鼻窦炎也受到控制了。从此，我每天灌一到两次肠，即使是去国外旅行也一定会带上灌肠袋。至今为止，已经灌肠超过6200次。

On January 15, 2017, I performed my first coffee enema. I used 500 ml of coffee liquid. Afterward, I felt cleansed and comfortable. The next day, I did my second coffee enema, this time using 1000 ml. I felt nauseous afterward, but my head felt lighter and my sinus condition improved. Since then, I’ve been doing one to two enemas every day. Even when traveling abroad, I always bring my enema bag. To date, I’ve done more than 6,200 enemas.

看到父亲从一名为了照顾我们几乎什么粗活都能做的男子汉变成有气无力的病猫，我感到非常揪心。他来到我家的第一天，我给他进行了陈林希珠博士教导的排毒与复建计划。

Seeing my father—once a strong man who did all kinds of hard labor to take care of our family—become a frail and powerless patient broke my heart. On the first day he arrived at my home, I started him on the detox and recovery program taught by Dr. Lynn Tan. 

计划进行的第八天，爸爸的气色已经改善，没有呼吸不顺畅，双腿水肿消退。他很高兴的对我说：今天我绕着篮球场走了20圈。此外，他说他的身体开始排痰，进行疗程时也不会感到肚子饿。

By the eighth day of the program, his complexion had improved, his breathing was no longer labored, and the swelling in his legs had gone down. He happily told me, “Today, I walked 20 laps around the basketball court.” He also mentioned that his body had started to expel phlegm, and he didn’t feel hungry while on the program.

这段经历告诉我，身体是会自我修护的。只要我们提供它所需的养分和排毒的助力，心脏衰竭是可以逆转的。

This experience taught me that the body has the ability to heal itself. As long as we provide it with the nutrients it needs and support its detoxification process, heart failure can be reversed.
