After going through various illnesses, I came to realize: handing over the sovereignty of my health to others is irresponsible. The seeds of disease are sown by ourselves, and no one but us should be held accountable for the choices we make. The Colon’s Role in Health
The large intestine is responsible for eliminating about 75% of the body’s toxins. Its surface area is roughly the size of ten elementary school classrooms. When it moves (peristalsis), we barely notice it—unless we experience bloating or pain.
Some say the colon is our “second brain.”

Unfortunately, many people underestimate the importance of timely bowel movements. Some even joke that “lazy people poop a lot,” which makes us afraid to respond to nature’s call. Conversely, if our diet consists mainly of refined grains and cereals, with limited intake of vegetables, seaweed, and fruits, and higher consumption of meat, then within one to two years, polyps and retained fecal matter may appear in the colon, leading to a poor intestinal condition. People with a poor intestinal condition are often affected by health issues such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes, and may even be at risk of developing cancer. Dr. Hiromi Shinya has also examined the intestines of many people who followed the Atkins diet (a high-protein, low-carbohydrate diet) and found that their intestinal condition was generally poor. 个人经历 Personal Experience
2017年1月15日,我首次尝试咖啡灌肠,咖啡液分量大概500ml。一开始要把咖啡灌进大肠不太顺利。尝试第二次之后,大肠开始适应咖啡液灌进的感觉。首次灌肠成功后,我感到恶心想吐。除了首次灌肠,实行断食后做咖啡灌肠偶尔也会感到恶心。
On January 15, 2017, I tried a coffee enema for the first time, using about 500ml of coffee solution. At first, it was difficult to get the coffee into the large intestine. However, after the second attempt, my colon started to adapt to the sensation of the coffee entering. After the first successful enema, I felt nauseous and wanted to vomit. Aside from that initial experience, I occasionally feel nauseous when doing a coffee enema after fasting.

Now, I do one or two enemas a day. Whenever I feel especially tired or haven’t had much chance to drink water throughout the day, I give myself an extra enema. Since I started doing enemas, my sinusitis has been under control, I feel more energetic, I’m able to get more done, and the alopecia areata that used to trouble me frequently hasn’t recurred.

我们常用的灌肠液主要有两种 We normally use the following liquid for enemas:-
- 有机咖啡灌肠液 Organic coffee enemas.
- 苹果醋灌肠液 Apple cider vinegar enemas.
有机咖啡灌肠液 Organic coffee enemas
步骤一:煮咖啡 Step 1: Brew the Coffee
- 准备一个干净的不锈钢锅子。Prepare a clean stainless steel pot.
- 加入10克(1.5汤匙)的研磨咖啡豆和250ml的过滤水。Add 10g (1.5 tbsp) of ground coffee beans and 250ml of filtered water.
- 大火煮沸咖啡液3分钟后,转小火盖上锅盖煮15分钟。After boiling the coffee liquid over high heat for 3 minutes, turn to low heat, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes.
- 用咖啡袋过滤。加入过滤水增量为500ml-1000ml。Filter with a coffee bag. Add filtered water to volume of 500ml-1000ml.
- 咖啡的温度35◦ C– 37◦C左右即可用于灌肠。Coffee can be used for enema at a temperature of around 35°C – 37°C.
步骤二:准备工作 Step 2: Set Up
- 将冷却后的咖啡倒入灌肠袋或灌肠桶中。Pour the cooled coffee into your enema bag or bucket.
- 确保软管上的夹子是关闭状态。Make sure the clamp on the tube is closed.
- 用安全润滑剂(如椰子油或水溶性润滑剂)润滑灌肠管的尖端。Lubricate the tip with a safe lubricant.
- 在地上铺好毛巾(最好靠近洗手间),然后侧躺在右侧或采取膝胸卧位(Sims体位)。Lay a towel on the floor (preferably near the bathroom) and lie on your right side or knees to chest (Sims’ position).
步骤三:灌肠 Step 3: Administer the Enema
轻柔地将润滑好的管头插入肛门约 5–7厘米(2–3英寸)。Gently insert the lubricated tip into the rectum (~2–3 inches or 5–7 cm).
缓慢打开夹子,让咖啡液流入肠道,深呼吸放松身体。Slowly release the clamp to let coffee flow in—take deep breaths to relax.
如果感到腹部不适或痉挛,可以先停止流入,深呼吸直到缓解。If you feel cramping, stop the flow and breathe deeply until it passes.
步骤四:保留与排出 Step 4: Hold & Release
- 尽量保留咖啡液15分钟。Try to retain the coffee for 15 minutes.
- 如果中途有强烈的便意,可尝试深呼吸延长时间。You may feel an urge to evacuate sooner; breathe and hold if possible.
- 时间到后,前往马桶排出咖啡液。After the time is up, go to the toilet and release the enema.
- 用温水彻底清洗灌肠器,并使用 3%双氧水两瓶盖消毒。Rinse your kit thoroughly with water and disinfect with two caps of hydrogen peroxide 3%.
- 清洗后悬挂晾干灌肠袋或灌肠桶。Hang dry the enema kit.

步骤一:准备苹果醋液 Step 1: Prepare the apple cider vinegar liquid
1 公升过滤温水 (35◦ C– 37◦C 左右,依个人需求而异) 加入 2-3汤匙的有机苹果醋。1 liter of filtered warm water (about 35 ◦C -37◦C, depending on personal needs) add 2-3 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar
步骤二:参考咖啡灌肠的步骤二。Please refer to step 2 of organic coffee enema.
注意事项 Things to note
- 咖啡的酸可能会刺激肛门的皮肤,可能会使痔疮恶化,引起裂痔、脱肛、肛门炎等。因此灌肠之后,要用肥皂清洗肛门。The acid in coffee may irritate the skin of the anus, which may worsen hemorrhoids and cause fissures, rectal prolapse, anal inflammation, etc. Therefore, after enema, clean the anus with soap.
- 肠突然急速排泄粪便,可能会引起体内钠或钾等矿物质失衡而引起贫血现象。因此没有体力或身体不好的人不可以灌肠。The sudden and rapid excretion of feces by the intestines may cause an imbalance of minerals such as sodium or potassium in the body and cause anemia. Therefore, people who are weak or in poor health should not do enema.
- 灌肠次数原则未一天一次,如果排便不顺可以分成早、晚两次进行。The recommendation is to perform enema once a day. If bowel movements are not smooth, it can be performed twice a day, morning and evening.
- 孕妇不可以灌肠。尤其是怀孕初期。Pregnant women should not do enema, especially in the early stages of pregnancy.
- 罹患疾病的人,最好先请教肠胃专科医生之后再进行灌肠。If you are suffering from any disease, it is best to consult a gastroenterologist before doing an enema.
- 我们必须调整饮食才可以进行灌肠 We must adjust our diet before/after in order to do an enema.
- 请务必仔细彻底地调查各种选择,注意可能出现的过敏反应,并小心插入管子,因为如果没有适当润滑,可能会损坏直肠壁。Be careful to investigate options thoroughly, be aware of possible allergic reactions, and be careful with the insertion of the tube as it is possible to damage the walls of the rectum if it’s not properly lubricated.
- 灌肠袋使用后必须清洗干净和消毒。 The enema bag must be washed and disinfected after use.

新谷飲食健康法
1.按照四类牙齿的功能和比例调整饮食内容。Plan our diet in line with the functions and ratio of the four types of teeth.
2.动物性食物尽可能选择鱼类等比人类体温低的动物。 As much as possible, choose animal-based foods from animals with body temperatures lower than humans, such as fish.
3.选择未精制的新鮮食物,尽可能保持自然的状态 。 Choose fresh, unrefined foods and keep them as natural as possible
