Ingredients
  

  • 220 有机深绿色蔬菜 220 grams of organic dark green vegetables 建议每天更换不同的蔬菜。我常用的深绿色蔬菜有番薯叶、菠菜、芥兰、芥兰花、小白菜、富贵菜、潺菜、菜心等等。免疫力较强的人可以不需汆烫蔬菜。It is recommended to vary the types of vegetables used each day. The dark green vegetables I commonly use include sweet potato leaves, spinach, Chinese broccoli (kai lan), Chinese broccoli flowers, bok choy, longevity spinach (fú guì cài), Malabar spinach (shì jiè cài / xì cài), and choy sum, among others. People with stronger immune systems may not need to blanch the vegetables before consumption.
  • 200 香蕉 200 grams of banana 可自行减量或用牛油果代替。如果是使用牛油果,在搅拌其他食材约45秒后再加牛油果搅拌。否则会很难搅拌。如果是使用牛油果,可以先加入一颗,然后再自行调整分量。You may reduce the amount as needed or substitute it with avocado. If using avocado, add it only after blending the other ingredients for about 45 seconds, then continue blending. Otherwise, it will be difficult to blend smoothly. When using avocado, you can start with one piece and then adjust the quantity according to your preference.
  • 1 杏仁粉或其他坚果 1 cup of ground almonds or other nuts
  • 1 有核柠檬 One lemon
  • 适量 椰枣 Dates, to taste 可不加 Optional
  • 1 公升 冷藏过的饮用水 1 litre of cold drinking water 可以用冷藏过的新鲜椰水代替 You may substitute it with chilled fresh coconut water.

Method
 

  1. 将有机绿色蔬菜洗净,用煮沸的水烫10秒,用冷水冷却,放入搅拌器里。
    Wash the organic green vegetables, blanch in boiling water for 10 seconds, cool in cold water, then transfer to a blender.
  2. 加入去皮的香蕉。
    Add a peeled banana to the blender.
  3. 把杏仁粉加入搅拌器里。如果是用带皮杏仁,请先用煮沸的饮用水泡坚果约1分钟,然后去皮,用饮用水冲洗两遍,放入搅拌器里。其他的坚果则先用煮沸的饮用水泡坚果约1分钟,然后用饮用水冲洗两遍,就可以放进入搅拌器里。
    Add the almond powder to the blender. If using almonds with the skin on, first soak them in boiling drinking water for about 1 minute, then remove the skins, rinse twice with drinking water, and place them in the blender. For other nuts, soak them in hot drinking water for about 1 minute, rinse them twice with drinking water, and then add them to the blender.
  4. 用自来水冲洗柠檬皮,去皮、去核、切成丁,然后放入搅拌器里。
    Rinse the lemon with tap water, peel it, remove the seeds, cut it into chunks, and place it in the blender.
  5. 用热水泡椰枣约一分钟。用饮用水冲洗两遍,放入搅拌器里。
    Soak the dates in hot water for about 1 minute, rinse twice with drinking water, and add them to the blender.
  6. 加入冷藏过的饮用水搅拌1分钟后饮用。
    Add cold drinking water, blend for 1 minute, and serve.
  7. 可以另外添加维生素C粉、蓝藻粉、营养酵母粉等等
    Optional: Add vitamin C powder, spirulina powder, nutritional yeast, or other nutritional supplements.
    搅拌后可以马上收藏在密封的玻璃容器里冷藏,两天内喝完
    After blending, transfer the mixture to an airtight glass container and refrigerate. Drink it within 2 days.
